We are currently recruiting for a Counter Sales associate based out of our Philadelphia, PA location.  In this key and very visible role you will be responsible for growing sales by providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customer-based consisting of residential and commercial electrical contractors, lighting professionals, building maintenance managers and general contractors.

You will be involved in providing price quotations, expediting orders, driving our digital/ecommerce business, troubleshooting problems, and reviewing and editing orders. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service support.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in a sales or service environment in the electrical, distribution, building products or related industry, extensive knowledge of electrical products, and will be highly skilled in selling products, service, negotiating sales, pricing, and terms.  The ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills is required. A background in E-Commerce is desirable. Strong computer skills are required.
