Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and proactively sell at the counter
  • Maintain counter sales area
  • Stock & merchandise counter area
  • Help facilitate measurable improvement in customer service
  • Pull customer will-call orders
  • Process counter returns
  • Promote the DOTP Initiative
  • Assist with incoming phone calls
  • Assist in warehouse as needed
  • Other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver, diplomatic, and reliable
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness and desire to improve skill level through training
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Counter and warehouse environment
  • Frequent use of computer and phone
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
  • Ability to reprioritize and work with interruptions
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
