HRIS Specialist

As an HRIS Specialist, you will assist in the administration, operation and maintenance of the HR system, creates/executes reporting and file management and maintains the integrity of data through audits.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely other internal teams such as the HRIS Analyst, HRIS Manager and HR Shared Service Specialists as well as other departments on all projects. 


  • Fulfill recurring data requests (including but not limited to):
    • Weekly carrier feeds, and exception reports
    • Per Period hours and earnings reports
    • Monthly Headcount Reports
    • Monthly Productivity & Hours reporting
    • Monthly cross-functional report requests (email lists, etc.)
    • Quarterly hours reporting
    • Annual reporting requirements
  • Perform various recurring system audits
    • Benefit data audits
    • Data integrity (scrub) audits
    • Other functional HRSS audits
  • Fulfill Ad-hoc data requests
  • Support HRIS Supervisor and HRIS Manager in tasks (relating to, but not limited to):
      • System Conversions
      • Data Conversions
      • Data Validation
      • Creating Communication
      • Administrative scheduling and meeting tasks


  • Prior exposure to an HRMS System a plus (Ceridian, ADP, PeopleSoft, Ultipro, Paychex)
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
  • Basic understanding of database, table logic
  • Communication Skills (Verbal, Written, Upward)
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
  • Customer orientation and continuous improvement focus
  • Extraordinary attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and prioritizing
  • Ability to follow, create and maintain SOP documentation
  • Team Player
