We are looking for the next outside sales advisor who is passionate, competitive, and driven to cultivate long-lasting customer relationships, and provide quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned territory
  • Develop and implement a consultative selling process
  • Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions to meet the needs of customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales on CRM
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to help build, maintain, and expand brand presence and sales revenue
  • Stay relevant and abreast of latest industry trends and developments by attending meetings, workshops, and trainings
  • Use the available data to analyze, understand and provide value added solutions to the customer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven outside sales experience
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Information seeking and analytical thinking competences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
