Credit Card & Concur Program Administrator

Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the Travel and Expense Program Administrator in areas specific to the expense reporting and company credit card programs for a large number (approx. 15) of Sonepar operating companies which will at times have varying guidelines. This role will assist the project team to support the implementation and roll out of Concur for Sonepar Management and subsidiaries. This position will also be responsible for ongoing user training and customer support of Concur as well as the processing credit card requests using the issuing bank’s web-based request software (GRAM).

Responsibilities

Concur Admin:

  • New hire training and ongoing user support for T&E platform (Concur), for both computer and mobile users
  • New hire training and ongoing user support for T&E platform (Concur), for travel booking and expense reporting modules
  • Review employee expense reports for travel policy compliance
  • Escalate to management any expense compliance concerns
  • Follow up with company cardholders to ensure timely expense report submission
  • Follow up with managers to ensure timely approval of the expense reports for their associates
  • Assist in creating or modifying training documentation for end users
  • Assist with T&E audits by providing requested supporting documentation for their sampling

Credit Card Admin:

  • Work together with the program administrator, assist in managing approximately 2,000 company credit cards
  • Submit credit card requests to issuing bank, (requires accuracy and attention to detail!)
  • Credit card program maintenance including, but not limited to:
    • Replacement Cards
    • Credit Limit Adjustments
    • Assist employees with credit card declines, fraud & disputed charges
    • Close Accounts
  • Maintain accountability records for all actions taken in relation to credit card accounts

Qualifications

  • Experience with automated T&E program (Concur experience a strong plus)
  • Experience with credit card program
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with individuals from various educational and organizational backgrounds within the company
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS 365 a plus)
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be available for cardholder assistance after hours, as needed
