Job Opportunity – Outside Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a team oriented individual to Increase the value of Eoff as a supplier to our customers by marketing, promoting and demonstrating electrical products and solutions.

Job Responsibilities: Build customer relationships, increase market penetration, sales, and gross margins within assigned accounts.

 Essential Job Knowledge, Experience, Skills:

  • Knowledge of electrical products and applications to aid in proper selection for customer.
  • Knowledge of Eoff products and services to add value as a supplier to our customers.
  • Skilled in selling products & services, negotiating sales, pricing and terms.
  • Clear understanding of the business equation regarding profitability returned to the business after all expenses are considered.
  • Marketing and social networking knowledge and use of these tools.
  • Organized self-starter, who can work independently and effectively prioritizes tasks.
  • Ability to listen and comprehend information from others.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills to write reports and business documents; and to speak effectively with internal and external.
  • Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in english.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate figures, such as, discounts, percentages, and commissions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
  • Solid computer skills; including MS Enterprise Software (Windows, Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Office, Sharepoint) and ERP experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Associates degree or higher, and/or a combination of relevant knowledge through job related experience & training.
  • Prefer four+ years of related experience in the electrical distribution industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 4-years’ experience of electrical sales and product knowledge.
