Job Description

Responsible for all transactional based accounts, receivable functions, along with assisting the Credit Management team within the region

• Prepare new credit applications and related documents for Credit Manager approval
• Enter all new customer accounts in the system
• Enter all new job accounts in the system
• Create and maintain customer accounts and job folders
• Obtain and manage all tax certificate information for customers
• Process POA’s
• Work the Disputed A/R Report daily and communicate
• Maintain lien notice spreadsheet and assist in lien process
• Responsible for working and maintaining the freight audit report
• Process all requested credit/rebills
• Collect and apply all charges from third party freight carriers to sales orders
• Pull request proof of delivery information
• Create Submittals

Required Skills


  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
  • Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal sales staff and management.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Previous credit/accounting experience a plus.


  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Acrobat.
