Position Summary:

This position is responsible for helping to create and execute the Company’s digital strategy.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator focuses on driving marketing qualified leads to our sales force as well as furthering brand penetration within the electrical distribution industry. Qualified candidates for this role have experience in online marketing with a focus on making data-driven decisions. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be able to work at the campaign level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing marketing automation tools, analyzing campaign performance data and adjusting tactics to meet daily goals).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)

  • Support the company’s growth initiatives by building and executing marketing automation campaigns, including creative development of email and landing page templates, micro-sites, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis within assigned key verticals
  • Design and create digital campaigns to support daily lead generation goals, that include integrated digital-channel execution (website, social, and media partners)
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management to execute web content placement and distribution to support SEO initiatives and drive demand through our various digital channels
  • Continually optimize our website with content and landing pages that deliver relevant and resourceful information to prospects and customers
  • Design and execute ongoing campaigns to ensure an ongoing stream of reviews from our client-base, thus improving our placement and ranking within review sites
  • Become an expert at leveraging sponsorships and paid campaign opportunities to drive highly qualified leads.

Required Skills


 Education and/or Experience: 

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Familiar with HTML, email and landing page design and marketing automation systems.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods.
  • Understanding of the online advertising landscape and key competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal written/oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Wrike, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Creativity and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive business results across all areas of Marketing
  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, adhere to strict deadlines
