Position Purpose:

Develop, maintain, and implement digital strategies throughout OneSource.  Work with Sales to promote digital solutions in customer segments and train OneSource internal teams on digital capabilities.  Collaborate with OneSource development team to create new digital solutions based on customer feedback.  Help sales create new customer opportunities by leveraging digital solutions.  Must become an expert on all existing and future digital solutions created by OneSource.

Essential Job Functions:

Through previous background and experience, the candidate must be able to demonstrate, with or without an accommodation, the ability to:

  • Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organization OneSource staff, suppliers and customers. Competencies include excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Make sound decisions, valid conclusions, define and address problems by establishing all the facts and reach out to appropriate management teams for clarification and approvals.
  • Demo the OneSource Mobile App, Website, eLink, and any other digital solutions that have been/will be created for customers.
  • Train internal teams on digital capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Training
    • Responsible for training internal OneSource teams as well as customers on all digital capabilities.  This includes but is not limited to:  Webinars highlighting digital developments, onsite training with customers on digital solutions, follow-up with customers and internal teams on digital competency.
  • Customer Development
    • Develop an understanding of customer business systems and how to integrate OneSource digital solutions into said business systems.  Help customers use digital solutions to become more efficient in their day-to-day activities.
  • Event Management
    • Represent OneSource Digital Business at internal and customer events.  This includes presenting digital material, interacting with customers at events, and creating digital promotional material for events.
  • Sales Promotions
    • Works with Digital Manager on developing relevant sales promotions for customers.
  • Digital Development
    • Helps create development roadmap for website based on customer feedback for improvements on the website.
  • Assist Digital Department with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
Required Skills

  3. Possess basic technical know-how to communicate with our development team.
Required Experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business related field
  • 2+ years of Marketing & customer-facing Sales experience
  • 1+ year event management experience
