Email Marketing Coordinator
Sonepar USA is an independent family-owned company with global market leadership in B2B distribution of electrical products and related services. In the USA, we are represented by 15 locally managed electrical and industrial distributors with over 700 locations and coverage in all 50 states.

Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist will contribute to our email optimization and testing plans, customer data maintenance, and organization of the program. Candidate will work closely with local marketing teams to promote email strategies and report out on results for each email campaign. A background in reporting, content creation, and familiarity with Email Service Providers are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
• Create and deploy email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes creating and editing HTML templates and tracking code
• Oversee deliverability and performance of all email communications
• Perform list hygiene to ensure customer file is accurate and easily segmented
• Organize email creatives and create a process for updating repository for company insight
• Run reports, communicate on analytics with multiple teams, and contribute to analysis to make improvements in the program including goal measurement and revenue tracking
• Manage email database, including adding new email contacts, monitoring loss of subscribers, and maintaining active subscriber filters
• Manage the QA process internally, as well as gathering approvals from local marketing teams
• Execute AB testing program, including tests of subject lines, email layouts, CTA buttons, etc. to improve customer acquisition and conversion
• Presentation support
• Stay current on email marketing industry best practices and utilize those findings to improve the program

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer-facing email marketing
• Experience with an ESP platform is a must; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IBM Silverpop, Adobe Campaign or similar platform is preferred
• Experience working with HTML, with the ability to understand and edit code
• Knowledge of the Adobe suite with an emphasis on Photoshop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications from a 4-year university
• Copywriting experience preferred
• An interest in analytics, data and reporting that demonstrates business acumen
• Professional demeanor and an ability to articulate ideas for optimization and enhancements
• Be self-motivated and work well in a customer-focused team
