The position of Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting a group of executives by performing a variety of administrative and executive support duties. The EA is a polished professional with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and who will exercise judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.


  • Manage a broad variety of administrative task including managing calendars, completing expense reports, and composing correspondence
  • Screen phone calls, review incoming mail and emails, schedule appointments and meetings, and preparing meeting materials
  • Responsible for arranging and coordinating all logistics, catering and refreshments for meetings /event planning
  • Coordinate and schedule complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Organize and maintain filing system to ensure efficient retrieval and response
  • Research business related topics and create PowerPoint as needed
  • Assist in organizing e-business initiatives


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting a high level Executive
  • Microsoft Office suite – advanced proficiency & accuracy
  • Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • High level of professionalism and polish
  • Creative mindset
  • Above average interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Self starter with high energy levels
  • Observant and able to anticipate needs and requirements
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information & business maturity
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Travel up to 15%
  • Bachelors degree preferred
