Learning and Development Specialist

Summary:
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for employee and management training programs for all Crawford locations. This position will consult with management regarding training needs of the organization, coordinate with outside vendors as necessary and ensure that all employees are aware of training opportunities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal training, SoneparEDU, program (LMS), run reports and work with Marketing to promote the site and increase usage
  • Assist in the launch of New Branch Openings to ensure training of new Associates
  • Coordinate Eclipse training company wide
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps, including finding or creating training materials
  • Develop current workforce through training initiatives and career path planning
  • Create Development Plans and Career Maps for all Associates
  • Coordinate management’s specified training in order to help employees improve, maintain and/or learn new skills
  • Monitor/Test/Report on training activities including determining the impact of training on employee skills
  • Maintain employee training records and generate reports for management
  • Liaison for all product training company wide
  • Oversee Sales Development Training Program to include recruiting at Colleges for Sales Trainees


Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years corporate training including development/instructional design and LMS
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Position requires occasional travel
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Detail Oriented and ability to multitask
