Position Summary:

 Manage marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at OneSource. Take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives. Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and promotion execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)

  • Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts and position OneSource as an innovative leader in the market.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing, advertising, and design.
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned

  Qualifications:

      Education and/or Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years in marketing and promotion
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

  Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision

  • Must possess strong planning, organizational and execution skills
  • Must have the ability to set goals and meet deadlines
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills

  • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal written/oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Wrike, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Creativity and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines

Recommends candidates for hiring, termination; coaches and reviews performance, salary reviews and applies company policies.
