We are looking for a team-oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  This position supports our project business with quality project management and customer service support on quoted jobs, from point of order to completion of the project. Builds trust and key relationships with customers, vendors and manufacturers to ensure customer job satisfaction, accurate billings and on-time completion of project.



  • Manages all aspects of job until completion of project, including:
    • Provides weekly ship schedule to customers
    • Coordinates delivery dates and job schedules with customer and vendors, expedite materials as necessary
    • Accurately price project change order requests, with the emphasis on overall job profitability
    • Reconciles the job to customer PO’s, change orders and return, to ensure billings are accurate and complete
    • Promptly address job problems, customer disputes and vendor issues
    • Requests factory RMA’s and coordinates job returns with Eoff warehouse and customer
    • Promptly initiates carrier freight claims for damage & shortages
  • Prepares submittals and O&M manuals
  • Confirms that vendor quotes meet criteria of price, quality, quantity, availability and delivery dates
  • Establishes and maintains accurate and detailed electronic project files, maintained on a shared server
  • Matches customer PO’s to quotation
  • Places vendor and factory orders
  • Interfaces with branch staff and vendors to best serve our customer and protect the company’s business interests
  • Maintains professional communications in all written and verbal contacts
  • Receive and review all relevant information related to the assigned project
  • Confirm all information is complete and accurate
  • Assemble and organize the job folder per established procedures
  • Follow up with any further actions needed during the project
  • Respond to all internal and external customer and vendor requests in a timely manner
  • Perform job closeout at project completion per policy


  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Electrical product knowledge
  • Knowledge of lighting is a plus but not required
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Customer service & inter-personal skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal & written, to professionally convey job information & solutions
  • Accurate math & good problem-solving skills
  • Organized in work and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Self-starter and motivated learner
  • Positive, team-oriented individual with ability to work under pressure
