Senior paralegal working directly with company general counsel and associate general counsel.  The ideal candidate is a polished professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and who will exercise judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.


  • Assist office of general counsel in managing and organizing legal department and responsibilities
  • Coordinate, communicate and keep files with respect to assigned contracts, real estate matters and other legal arrangements
  • Communicate legal agendas and initiatives
  • Draft documents, research, prepare correspondence and work effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Coordinate select litigation matters with outside counsel and applicable internal team members
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Attend to corporate filings and record management
  • Apply innovative problem-solving skills and practical business judgment to group matters
  • Manage assigned projects to completion
  • Assist legal department and management on all legal matters as needed


  • Minimum seven (7) years' relevant experience in an in-house corporate legal role and/or private practice as a general corporate paralegal
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to effectively work as part of a team to achieve business goals
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Legal research and writing skills
  • Multitasking and creating an organized environment
  • Self-starter and a willingness to take on all responsibilities in order to get the job done
  • Proven ability to assist in the movement of projects through a corporate organization
  • Display strong interpersonal skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to prioritize competing demands
  • Understands commercial agreements, commercial contracting processes and deal flow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technology
