Job Description

Could you be our next Service Administrator?

 

The Opportunity

You will create and track service order status. You will process all service order invoicing, RMA, billing portals etc. You will be responsible for customer and vendor setups including mirroring existing accounts. You will be responsible for processing customer orders to include coordination with vendors, sales staff etc. You will provide updates on work flow and status during production meetings. You will create reports supporting your areas of responsibility.   You will assist with training scheduling.

Qualifications & Benefits

  • Knowledge of computers and associated equipment; specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as training instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to interface in a customer responsive manner over the telephone and in person. Able to handle difficult customer situations with diplomacy.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, margins, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
