We currently have an opening for a 2nd shift Manager located in our Distribution Facility located in Brooklyn NY.

In this key role you will be charged with ensuring that our finished delivery orders are accurate staged correctly and are completed on a timely basis in our fast-paced pick and pack 2nd shift operation. Your responsibilities will include supervising warehouse employees, ensuring all orders are picked, staged and dispatched accurately, conducting audits and troubleshooting process problems. You will also be responsible for supervising and motivating employees to meet our productivity goes as well.

Required Experience

We are seeking a professional with at least 4 years hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution picking/packing and receiving environment possessing strong communications and employee relations skills and exposure to RF Technology. Experience supervising in a union environment is preferred.
